Terms of Sale & Image Protection Policy

All images shared or sold by P3 Photography are the result of years of hands-on experience, technical knowledge, and creative dedication. To protect that work and maintain integrity in how it’s shared and used, the following terms apply to all purchases and public content.

1. Copyright & Ownership

All photos remain the intellectual property of the photographer. Purchasing an image grants you a personal-use license only; this means you're welcome to display and enjoy the image for yourself, but you may not reproduce, alter, resell, or redistribute it without written permission and appropriate licensing.

2. Watermark Use

Public-facing images (such as those on Instagram, websites, or previews) will feature a visible watermark. This serves two key purposes:

To protect the work from being misused, copied, or claimed by others.

To ensure proper credit is always directed back to the creator when images are shared or circulated online.

Watermarks are not included in final high-resolution purchases, unless otherwise agreed upon.

3. Custom & Commercial Use

If you're interested in using any images for commercial, sponsorship, brand, or publication purposes, please get in touch to discuss licensing options. I’m happy to support creative or professional use under fair terms.

4. Delivery & Format

Purchased digital images are delivered in high-resolution JPEG format via email or secure download link. Physical prints can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.

This policy ensures that all creators, including myself, are respected for the time, effort, and creativity poured into each frame. Thank you for supporting independent photography and helping to keep the craft alive with integrity.
